The Challenge
Benefit Cosmetics went to Liberty Marketing with the specific aim of increasing footfall in their stores, with a particular emphasis on driving bookings to their BrowBar Beauty Lounges.
Our Approach
We undertook a local SEO campaign in order to ensure Benefit’s store information was present and accurate in Google’s local results. This involved:
- Building a Google My Business listing for every location (450+ stores)
- Claiming existing listings
- Verifying the account
- Optimising listings
- Ongoing GMB Management (Reviewing updates, responding to reviews, changing opening hours etc.)
- Managing citations
